[abc-dev] Incremental compilation/weaving

Hi.

I am planning to add an Eclipse plugin on to of my extended abc
implementation. Basically it should provide a custom builder for
Eclipse which could be parameterized with aspectpath and so forth
similar to AJDT.

Since Eclipse builders are usually meant to be incremental I was
wondering if there was already put any effort in making abc handle
incremental compilation and/or weaving. Is anything available on that
topic yet?
