I've done some changes to the altnerative output generation system.
Mostly the xsl stylesheets in the gen4sablecc package
have changed.

As it'll take couple of months before the new sablecc server is
installed and things start to move anywhere I've also published
a patched binary-only release of sablecc on my page. So you
can just use that and don't have to download sources etc.
