There are four directories:

SlidesPowerPoint/   
   - contains the original power point slides, many slides have notes
   - there are 8 parts in the presentation, one .pptx file for each part

HandoutsPDF/  
   - contains .pdf files for handouts, one .pdf for each section
   - also contains one file for the handouts for all sections 

SlidesPDF/
  - contains .pdf files for the slides, one .pdf for each section 
  - also contains one file for the slides for all sections 

SlidesWithNotesPDF/
  - contains .pdf files for the slides along with the notes, one .pdf for each section
  - also contains a file for the slides with notes for all sections
