Does anyone have the Soot Eclipse Plugin working with 3.1M6?  I've  
installed it per the instructions, but I cannot locate Soot anywhere  
off the menu Window:Customize Perspective. I cannot seem to locate  
the "Other" option mention in the directions.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
