[Soot-list] unreachable method elimination in Soot ?

Greetings -- 

Is there any phase options for unreachable method elimination in Soot ? 

I have read "Soot phase options" and found unreachable method tagger ( wjap.umt ) phase option.

Is it so straightforward to implement it after tagging that any separate phase may not be needed ? 

or did I miss something because I'm so new to Soot ?
