[Soot-list] Can soot generate LocalVariableTable in the output class files?

Hi,

Soot seems not to keep the original class attributes when outputing class
files after optimizations.
However, I do not find a way of generating LocalVariableTable class
attribute by soot itself.
Is it not supported by soot?
