[Soot-list] -process-dir problem

Hi all,

I have been trying to use soot to process all the class files in a directory
using the -process-dir dir option but the class files in some of the
sub-directories in dir are not getting processed. I thought the -process-dir
option considers files under all sub-directories. But maybe I am missing
something. Any hint/help regarding this would be very appreciated.
