[Soot-list] Manual installation of Eclipse Soot plugin

Hello.

Please download the jar file in this folder and extract it to your
"eclipse/features" directory:
http://www.sable.mcgill.ca/soot/eclipse/updates/features/

Also download the jar files in this directory and extract each of them
into "eclipse/plugins":
http://www.sable.mcgill.ca/soot/eclipse/updates/plugins/

That should work.
