[Soot-list] Why Soot does not work for all projects in Eclipse?

Hi All,
I am using Soot in Eclipse environment.
I am a fresh user in using Soot, and faced with one problem.
The problem is that Soot works in some projects and does not work in others.
I could not understand the reason why it is not working. For a simple
project, I select the project name from Package Explorer view, and from
Project Menu I choose "Create a Jimple for Project" and it works. But then I
select more complex project, and perform the same steps, but nothing
happens. Even error message does not appear.
I would really appreciate your help, if you could help me solving this
problem.
