[Soot-list] running jbco in loop

Hi!

i was trying to run jbco from the silly class i've added to soot 
it has a loop that invokes jbco main method regarding to specified list of obfuscating transformations

however, during the second iteration error occures. it is connected with duplicated transformations is packs

to solve the problem i've to run jbco several times by runtime.exec function
is there some better way to do this?
