[Soot-list] Shimple bug

Hi Tobias. We will certainly look at the bug and try to fix it before
the next release, if it's urgent to you then even sooner.

The problem is that Navindra Umanee, who the bug is assigned to, is
not really actively working on Soot any more, if I am not mistaken. I
guess our bugzilla needs some updating there.
