[Soot-list] Experimental Soot support for invokedynamic

Hi all.

Thanks to Matthias Perner, a bright student of ours, Soot has now
experimental support for the new invokedynamic bytecode. More
information is available here:
http://www.bodden.de/2010/08/24/soot-invokedynamic-ready/

The support currently appears to work from bytecode through all IRs
and then back to bytecode.
