[Soot-list] How to get permission to reproduce parts of Raja Vallée-Rai Master's thesis

Hi,
How can I get permission for reproducing parts of Raja Vallée-Rai
Master's thesis? I want to include the Jimple section with my own
Master's thesis.

While googling a bit, I saw a notice that he has passed away. My
condolences to those that worked with him.

What is the right procedure to be allowed reproduce this? Does anyone
have access to the latex sources?
