[Soot-list] Employing ClassLocalObectAnalysis

Hi.

You would have to add a transform to one of the packs by yourself and
then add code to the transform that calls this analysis appropriately.
To find out how the analysis needs to be invoked, look at the
soot.jimple.toolkits.thread and soot.jimple.toolkits.infoflow
packages.
