[Soot-list] Class numberer

Hi,

It seems that Soot doesn't update the class numberer when creating SootClass
objects. I was wondering if this is a bug or if it is a design choice? I had
to add the call Scene.v().getClassNumberer().add(this); to the end of the
SootClass constructor.
