[Soot-list] Building a call graph for a class that has no main

I just tried passing in the soot class path in eclipse via the run configurationusing "-cp .;c:\\Program Files\\Java\\jdk1.6.0_20\\jre\\lib\\jce.jar" but no luck. Same exception.
I think I'll have to give up :S Thanks for all the help and suggestions.
If anyone has a working version (for windows) of generating a call graphwhere the entry point is a method in a class that has that is not main, and wherethe class itself has no main method, I would be very grateful if you could share it!
