[Soot-list] Migrating Soot to github

Dear all,

During the SOAP workshop discussions, it was decided that Soot should be migrated to github. This has a number of advantages, including making it much easier for external contributors to submit their changes for inclusion into the main Soot distribution. So, I will be performing this migration over the next few days. I would kindly ask all soot committers to refrain from making any changes to the repository while this is happening. Once the migration is complete, I will post the details of how to migrate to the new git repository.
