[Soot-list] application class and call-graph

Considering the fair chunk of 'read the manual' questions and answers 
I'm seeing lately, I wonder if it'd be beneficial to add links in the 
javadoc.

What would be the top 10 topics to link on? I feel like 'Soot Phases' is 
going to be in there ;)
