[Soot-list] Develop branch

Hi Everyone,

I am looking for a pre-compiled package of the 'develop' branch and wanted to know if one exists?As I'm using Windows and Quentin has written some scripts that automates the process [1] which are written in Linux I wanted to see if anyone could help me.
