[Soot-list] Soot 2.5 vs current version - Duplicate Member error

Eric/Marc,

Thanks for the suggestions. I did include the "-src-prec java" and saw the
same error.

Therefore,  I created an issue on Github with the details. Let me know if
there is some place in the code I can look at and I can take a stab.
