[Soot-list] Exception in doing static analysis

Namaskar Naina,

The development version is hosted at https://github.com/sable/soot. You 
just need to change a few values in the ant.settings and run ant, and 
things should compile. You'll have to manually install the plug-in in 
eclipse afterwards.
