[Soot-list] introductory example

Hello,
I see a lot of soot documentation, but I have a hard time finding a quick, simple introductory example.Something along the lines: - given a HelloWorld java program (source or bui - show a simple analysis that does something simple like counting the number of function calls in each function,   and print a summary - show a command line on how to invoke this analysis on HellowWorld
Are there any pointers to such an example?
