Hi Tina,
with FlowDroid, the "soot-infoflow" and "soot-infoflow-android" repositories
of the Secure Software Enginieering Group on Github are meant, whereas Soot
means the normal "soot" repository located under "Sable" on Github. If you
are using FlowDroid, you are indirectly also using Soot in a way, but not
vice versa.
Best regards,
Steven

Betreff: [Soot-list] what is the difference between Soot for Android and
FlowDroid?
Just curious, after seeing "Soot for Android" and "FlowDroid" in the survey
sheet:
https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1juqmTFbKHkj0GDVxM1VQ910xp6dx-Y0sdjnWE-TsHHo
/viewform
I wanna know what's the difference between these two?
Thanks,
Dongjing
