[Soot-list] using heap in soot

I am trying to use the soot.util.Heap class to keep track of objects and fields declared in the program. I took a look of the class structure (on https://github.com/pcpratts/soot-rb/blob/master/src/soot/util/Heap.java) but i'm having trouble understanding. Is there a code example or sample that uses soot.util.Heap which I can use as guidelines?
