[Soot-list] PTS empty in cg.spark transformer

HI All,

I have used spark for PTA over classes earlier and it works just fine , but
currently i am giving a generated main (similar to dummyMain) in FLowDroid
and the application classes to get an interprocedural PTA .

The transformer visits all the classes but the *points to set* for every
local and fields in each method is empty, While debugging i found that the
set of allocation nodes in the *pag* generated in Spark is empty too.

Any probable cause or suggestion will be greatly helpful.
