[Soot-list] Soot Usage

Hi, everyone,
     I have a question about the Soot Usage. I want to use Soot to instrument a bunch of Java files. 
     In the exmaple  in Github, I learned to use "soot.Main.main(args)" to instrument a  java file.
    Now I want to instrument a bunch of Java files, How to I pass the args? and I don't know how to represent the parament args.
    Or anyone can give me a example how to instrument a bunch of Java files. Thanks!
