[Soot-list] Android DEX constant propagation and CFG

Hi all,

sorry I'm new to Soot and before wasting time with long researches I would 
like to know if with Soot i can:

given a dex (android),
convert the dex into some (never mind what) IR then apply constant 
propagation
then generate the (never mind in which format) control flow graph
