[Soot-list] How to build Android from latest source for Soot?

Hi! The android jars from https://github.com/Sable/android-platforms only
goes up to 17. I need later versions (e.g., 5.1.1. -> android-24) of the
android jar that works with Soot. Unfortunately, the jars in the android
SDK are stubs and wont work for me. Can anyone tell me how I can obtain
later versions or how to build from the android source, android jars that
works like the ones found in https://github.com/Sable/android-platforms?
