[Soot-list] Urgent Help Needed for a beginner in soot

Hi Everyone,
I am novice to the soot tool.I am learning it for my Android Project analysis.
Currently, I am starting it with tutorial on GitHub page. There is a simple example of passing java file and having class file generated as output of it.
I have tried on several ways out there. Here I am attaching screenshots of every output whenever I have given a command to it. 
FYI: I am on Windows 10 8GB RAM Laptop. I have already setup the classpath to the rt.jar file. I am on java version "1.8.0_144".
Included all the screenshots. Please see it and give me right direction.
