[abc] files in runtime-src/uk

Hi all,

There are a couple of files in runtime-src/uk. I presume they were created
by Ondrej:

uk/ac/ox/comlab/abc/eaj/lang/JoinPoint.java
uk/ac/ox/comlab/abc/eaj/lang/reflect/BytecodeLocation.java

Should I just move these to org.aspectbench (merging with what's already
there in the case of the first file). It doesn't seem as if any code in
src/ refers to them.
