[abc] CC paper

Here is a plan .... if everyone thinks it is ok, then I will
work on it early tomorrow morning.

1) The intro needs to be rewritten to make our contributions clearer.
Ondrej, Jennifer and I went through and made a list, and I will take
a crack at rewriting the intro. This new intro can also refer to the
new section 6, if we are going to get that done.

2) Parts of the exsiting paper may need to be rewritten slightly so
as to match what is said in 1) and so emphasize the important contributions.

Is this ok with everyone?
