[abc] Instructions for compile time benchmarks

Here some rough instructions on how to execute the benchmarks.
- Check out 'benches' from CVS
- Set the environment:
CLASSPATH with abc-complete.jar, runtime jar
JAVA_HOME, OLDJAVA_HOME

Then run the following command line inside of 'benches':
./buildall.pl `cat paper_benchmarks` > buildtimes

Inside the script (towards the top) are variables that control the
number of iterations and dropped values.

I left the elapsed-times in the output as a sanity check.

I'm letting the script run overnight on cardinal. Please feel free to
inspect it and run it on other machines.
