[abc] ecoop paper submitted ....

ECOOP paper is submitted. It had many passes by many people so
it should be fairly polished.

I added submitted.ps.gz and submitted.pdf to the svn repository to
keep track of the versions submitted.

Ganesh and I were wondering if we should put out a revised tech
report. I think we should, since we added a fair amount of useful
information. The question is how we should do it ... may a revision
of the abc 02 report, or make a new number and retire the old one?
I think I would prefer making a revision ... ???
