[abc] Tracecuts

For those of you who are interested, I've just got an initial implementation of
the 'tracecuts' abc extension working - at least it works for all the examples
I've given it, and it seems foolish to test it too thoroughly in case it doesn't
work or something....

After Christmas I'll tidy it up and make it available for people to play with.
