[abc] stuff arising from IBM meeting

Hi all,

A checklist of some things that we should contact the IBM lot about soon:

 - I promised Adrian I'd send them a copy of our queries list. Anyone who
wants to add comments to this first should do so ASAP.

 - Remind them about benchmarks.

 - Remind them to file bugs on bugzilla about the problems they found.

 - Ask for a copy of Erik's email to Adrian about our differences page
(particularly re the around weaving of init/pre-init)

 - They asked for a list of our optimisations; probably the best thing
to do would be to make a webpage about this. I'll make an initial version
and people can amend it.

 - Start conversations about individual query items discussed at meeting
on the bugs database.

 - Make a 0.9.1 and tell them it can handle arglist.
