[abc] abc online tutorials

One thing that is very useful for teaching, and for people starting
to use Soot are our online tutorials, which are basically just
latex documents that lead you through the various steps to do
something. Julian's eaj extensions would be an excellent tutorial, as
a sort of "how to extend abc - by example".
