[abc] atrack

I've made some progress on compiling atrack: I've extracted a
command-line (that spans two screens) that the ant script passes to abc,
and I've got abc trying to compile it. The result is a stack overflow
in abc, caused by declare parents making a cycle in the hierarchy. I've
distilled that into a trivial example that exhibits the same behaviour.
I've submitted that as bug #17, and assigned it to Aske.
