[abc] t-shirts?

We need to make a decision about where to get t-shirts from.

Ondrej says about a place in Montreal:

I can get some done in Oxford for about £10-£15 per item including tax,
which should include embroidery and lettering on front and back. Those
should last fairly well. There's also the cafepress option we've discussed
before.

Someone make a decision on what we should do :-)
