[abc] T-shirts

Many of you will know about the plans being bounced around for abc
T-shirts.

Unfortunately it seems as if it will be fairly expensive to get the
T-shirts we ideally want made - the cost works out at about £18/T-shirt if
we get 20 orders. More than 20 and the price goes down, less and it goes
up, since there is a setup charge to be split between the whole lot.

This gets us a "Premium T-shirt" with the Poinsettiacus embroidered in a
left breast position, "It's as easy as abc" (in appropriate fonts) printed
on the back, and a slogan of our choice (e.g. "Faster AspectJ?") on the
front. The plan is to have two colours, a bright yellow for drawing
attention at conferences and black for everyday wear (these T-shirts will
obviously be a great fashion statement...)

So far we do have 11 orders, so presumably at least some people (including
me) are OK with the price, though I realise it is quite a lot. If you are
interested, please add yourself to the wiki page:

If there's a maximum price you are willing to pay, note this in the
"Other" column. £23.50 is the absolute maximum, since this is completely
infeasible for less than 10 T-shirts.

Ondrej did find a much cheaper place in Montreal (something like
£7/T-shirt), but lower quality and with no embroidery, and I think we
should consider reverting to that option unless most people are willing to
fork out for these expensive ones. Let me know if you have an opinion
about this.

Cheers,

Ganesh
