I agree that the 0.9 releases should be public (and I also thought we
already decided that longs ago), and Laurie can mention it at CASCON. I
also agree with Oege about the requirements for a 1.0 release (except
maybe the javadoc thing, but I don't really disagree with it either).
I do think it would be nice to have 1.0 for OOPSLA, which may require
compromising some of the requirements. I think we'll have to decide at
the time depending on how many requirements still aren't met.

About the unweaving, I think that's closer to working than it looks.
It's just that with the AOSD paper and everything, not everybody had
a chance to fix their code. We will need it very soon to start the
experiments for PLDI. The only reason I haven't pushed for it lately
(other than not wanting to further annoy everyone) is that I've been
very busy with other stuff, and I wouldn't have had time to use the
unweaver even if it worked. However, very soon, I will have to start
using it, because we'll have to start these PLDI experiments.
