[abc] abc -O3

Hi all...

I've packaged up the cflow interprocedural analysis, and hooked it up
to the -O3 option of abc, so if any of you are interested, you can play
with it. I've put some installation instructions at:

There are two forms of the installation instructions. The "short story"
is to download the complete jar that I build nightly containing
everything you need. The "long story" tells you how to build all the
stuff, assuming you have the normal things like Soot and abc already
built.

Currently, the whole thing depends on Subversion versions of Jedd, Soot,
Paddle, and abc.
