[abc] conasim interproc now faster

It looks like conasim interproc is now faster than intraproc, though
still not as fast as ajc. Here are the latest numbers I get on tofu:

interproc: 71.24
intraproc: 73.57
ajc121 : 69.73

On string:
interproc: 78.80
intraproc: 84.54
ajc121 : 84.01

Interesting: on string, it's even faster than abc.

I'll re-run all the cflow benchmarks tonight. I guess I should do both
tofu and string...
