Upon further contemplation, I changed the reference to be to 7.3 --
Database connection pooling. What we're doing seems to be unlike both
7.3 and chapter 11 -- we're doing 'on-the-fly opening and closing of
connections' --, so I wasn't entirely sure which one was the appropriate
reference... Comments welcome.
