An important issue here is to ensure that everyone gets
equal credit. Apparently half of the authors have not been entered
into the electronic system, which is likely to result in them not
appearing in the contents page of the proceedings, nor in the ACM
digital library (remember that this nearly happened at AOSD).

Can someone write to the relevant organisers about it?

The deadline for poster submission is actually August 15
according to the website, so we have a few days' grace if
it's difficult to do today...
