Re: [abc] oopsla paper

Hi,

I'm about to submit the paper, and I was wondering what you usually do
regarding your name and web forms. The submission form asks me to list
all authors. While I could insert the special characters into it, the
chances that the browser (or at least some link in the chain) will mess
up the encoding are reasonably high... Looking for your publications on
ACM doesn't produce a consistent spelling either.

So, what would you like me to enter in that form?
