[abc] thanks to the submitters!

A big thanks to Pavel for his work over the last weeks to make
our final OOPSLA submission and to Jennifer and Ondrej for
taking care of the poster.

I have sent a message to Lisa Tolles and the OOPSLA poster
chair to ask that they check that all 14 authors are listed
for the paper. I used a bcc to cc this to abc (I remmeber I
got into hot water when I did this using cc for the AOSD conference :))

Now we have to think about the next AOSD paper. I'm back to
work in Montreal on Monday, so perhaps we can do some
brain storming!
