[abc] AbcPeople wiki page

The number of people involved in the abc project is growing, and I'm
afraid I've completely lost track of who some of the new people are.
Likewise I'm sure I'm just a name on some of the backend code and in
emails to some of you. So I suggest we keep a wiki page listing who people
are and what they are doing with abc, and I've made a start on it:

If everyone else thinks this is a bad idea, we can just delete it again
