Re: [abc] Jastadd compile bugs

Cleaned up boiled-down test cases for all the bugs discussed in this
thread are in the attached .tar.gz, together with a short explanation of
what seems to go wrong in each case. Please have a look, and if
everything's ok we should send it to Torbjorn and see how long it takes
him to provide fixes. Would it make most sense for Oege to be the point
of contact?

Julian, do I recall correctly that you said you had a reduction of the
polyglot.types.ClassType bug that didn't use the polyglot class
hierarchy? If so, we should use that instead, but I couldn't get it..
