Congratulations! The first volume of Transactions on AOSD has been
published. Please see:

Printed copies of the journal will be showcased at AOSD 2006. Springer will
also be sending you complementary copies (one per author, i.e. each named
author on a paper). Can you please complete the attached spreadsheet with
the address details for yourself and your co-authors (please note that I am
sending this email to the contact authors only so please inform your
co-authors) and send it back to me by Thursday 16 March. I will then
integrate these details into one spreadsheet and pass on to Springer (I
appreciate that your address details are already on the papers but to ensure
that we are using the correct postal address Springer prefer that you
complete the spreadsheet).
