NEWS: SableCC version 2.10 released!

Hi folks!

Highlights:
- Lexer states are now correctly implemented.  (You should be able to
considerably reduce the size of your pushback buffers).
- SableUtil dependency eliminated!  You won't need to ship an additional
.jar file with your code anymore.
- JDK 1.2 "only" compatible (uses JDK 1.2 collections).

IMPORTANT:  If you are running on a JDK 1.1 platform, DO NOT UPGRADE, as
this new release breaks compatibility with JDK 1.1.

If any of you is using lexer states, please test this new release and
report any problem on the mailing list.
